The challenge
The client needed to take payments inside a product that already had its own users, and could not afford to rebuild authentication or hand card data to a third-party checkout.
What we built
We built a self-contained payments and user-management module: organisations, sub-accounts, granular permissions, transaction ledgers and a reconciliation view — packaged so it could be mounted inside the existing application.
The outcome
Payments went live without touching the host product's authentication, and finance got a reconciliation screen instead of a CSV export.
