The challenge
Design firms were losing deals in the gap between a mood board and a client's imagination. Clients could not picture the finish in their own space, so decisions stalled.
What we built
A client-facing platform where a firm uploads a room photo and generates a photorealistic repaint or restyle, with a project workspace for revisions and approvals, and an admin portal for firm management and usage limits.
The outcome
Firms present a client's actual room in the new finish during the first meeting, turning a hypothetical conversation into a decision.
